Mrs. Erzsébet Gáll started to produce jams, syrups and stewed fruit in 2002, when she lost her job. In 2005 she registered her activity at the Chamber of Commerce and since then she has been continuously developing her activity and the range of the products.

At the beginning she made products of fruits from her own garden, like sour cherry, raspberry and black-currant and now she processes elderberry, pine-bud, pine-cone, blueberry.

In 2010 she opened her shop in Gheorgheni, where we can find all the Transylvania Authentica certified products.
