Preparation of gingerbread is a traditional activity in Transylvania. The main object of the AND-VAR Mézes company is to produce traditional gingerbread in different flavours.

The company was registered at the Chamber of Commerce in 2003. Since then the range of products has been getting broader and broader. The products are sold at different fairs and in local markets, but larger quantities can be ordered as well.
