Mr. Ferenc Lajos started beekeeping in 1994. In 2009, he created I.I. (Individual Enterprise) Lajos Ferenc for his beekeeping activity.

Besides producing honey, he is also interested in producing good quality queen bees. Today he has 220 bee hives which are collecting honey all summer. The hives are situated on his private property in Păuleni Ciuc which offers excellent conditions for honey making. 70 of the bee hives are producing bio-certified honey.

The honey is mainly sold in various markets, fairs and some local shops.
